  • We accept payments via Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad), and other secure payment methods.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of delivery or during checkout (for prepaid orders).

4. Delivery

  • We aim to deliver within 24-48 hours inside Dhaka (depending on location and product availability).
  • Delivery time and charges may vary based on your area.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or third-party logistics.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive damaged, expired, or wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in original packaging, and reported promptly.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process (for online payments).
  • Perishable items like meat, fish, and some food products are non-refundable unless there’s a valid issue.

  • You may be required to create an account to shop or track orders.
  • Keep your login information safe and secure.
  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account.
